Mebane Scholar

My name is Amelia Crawford and I am a Senior Mebane-Scholar from Concord, North Carolina majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in Reading. I am honored to be a Mebane Scholar because it has blessed me with so many opportunities and resources as a future educator. I will be student teaching in the fall of 2024 at Mt. Pleasant Elementary in Cabarrus County in a first grade classroom. After I graduate in the fall of 2024 I dream of teaching first grade! As well as, continuing and completing my masters program in Reading Education.
