Catherine Fowler serves as the UNC Charlotte Director for the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: the Collaborative, researching to improve opportunities and outcomes for students and youth with disabilities. She was honored in 2024 as the university’s highest research funding recipient in the Chancellor’s Million Dollar Research Circle.
