Elisabeth Wilson

Elisabeth Wilson is Director of Teacher Induction and Alumni Engagement, and also serves as Regional Director for the North Carolina New Teacher Support Program (NCNTSP). Wilson is dedicated to empowering beginning teachers and district partners. With a focus on strengthening all partnerships, she supports the work of NCNTSP coaches to ensure that educators thrive in their crucial early years and leads the North Carolina Teaching Fellows program at UNC Charlotte. She believes deeply in the transformative power of tailored support and collaborative learning environments.

Wilson’s expertise spans from teaching in elementary classrooms and coaching teachers, to leading district-wide literacy initiatives, and managing teacher recruitment and retention programs. She holds a North Carolina teaching license in K-6 and a Master of Arts in Education, embodying a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, Wilson loves to spend time outdoors and treasures moments with her family, especially her new grandson.
