Gia Paige

Dr. Gia Paige is a nonprofit strategist, educator, and founder of GAPS Consulting NC,
where she partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, strategy, and sustainability
through culturally responsive training, governance support, and data-informed evaluation. With
more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration and youth development, Gia is
widely recognized for her work in advancing equity, literacy, and organizational capacity within
mission-driven spaces.

She currently provides leadership support to StriveCLT, and sits on the Advisory Board
of the Mebane Center for Early Literacy at UNC Charlotte. Gia holds a PhD in Human and
Social Services & Nonprofit Administration from Walden University, where her research focused
on the service learning experiences of Black male educators in urban schools. A trusted thought
partner and systems builder, Dr. Paige is committed to helping communities and organizations
thrive through purpose, insight, and impact.
