Phyllis Post, Ph.D., LPC, RPT is a Professor in the Department of Counseling at UNC Charlotte. She is the founder of the Multicultural Play Therapy Center at UNC Charlotte and a former Director on the Association for Play Therapy’s Board of Directors.
Post has experience using play therapy with children aged 3 to 10 in a variety of school and agency settings. She was also a founding member of the North Carolina Association for Play Therapy. Post has published both journal articles and chapters addressing issues in play therapy and regularly presents at the state and national level.
