FAQs:
- What is an enrollment code and where do I get it?
An enrollment code associates you with the correct DRF or program portfolio. Codes are aligned with the program portfolio and you should enroll into the one associate with your current COED program. Click here for a list of most codes.
- I am a new student, how do I get an account?
New accounts are created within the first two weeks of the semester. If you are not able to log in within the first two weeks of the semester, to have an account created for you, send an email to taskstream@charlotte.edu including your full name, UNC Charlotte id number, and UNC Charlotte email address. DO NOT PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION.
- Why does an assignment say outdated?
Your academic department requested a major change to the rubric or assessment. In order to facilitate that request, the DRF had to be altered so users that have not completed that assessment will see only the newest one. Since you began work under or even completed the previous rubric or assessment, you will see both the new and old versions.
- Why am I receiving an “Are you Lost?” page or Log In Error ?
All Taskstream accounts were transitioned to the new charlotte email address. Please try one of these suggestions to fix the issue. If you continued to have issues, please email taskstream@charlotte.edu with your Charlotte ID and email address and someone will respond within 2 business days.
- My video will not upload into Taskstream. What can I do?
There could be a few reasons why the video will not upload such as file size, internet speed, network traffic, and other factors. Videos must be 500 MB or less to be uploaded into Taskstream. If your video file is large, you may want to try compressing it to a smaller size. Larger files may cause the process to freeze altogether. Taskstream does provide some suggestions for video formatting on this site.
